Step 2 - Analysing experience you analyze your experiences
Step 3 - Summary of all kind of skills/ competencies you sum up your professional, methodological, social and self-competencies
Step 4 - Valuing your competencies you justifiy and assess your skills/ competencies. you choose your most important competencies
Step 5 - Presentation and action plan you value your competencies and put them in action. you provide evidence of your competencies
Step 6 - Certificate CH-Q 1 you obtain the certificate CH-Q 1
